This album is very interesting but also boring at the same time. Quite strange, the songs all feature this quite unique-but-to-Abigor-standard quite of thin production. Some tones in the spectrum seem to be tuned away, what is left is a thin reeding guitar, but the drums are not swapped to the background as if no low end is present, instead they are clearly audible and also the vocals have not been squashed in any way.
Most songs know some kind of intro before blasting of in speed frenzy, and offer a nice composition with decent song development. The only setback on this album is that the songs on this album start to sound alike after listening to 4 or 5 tracks, causing this album to be reduced to background noise, quite a shame.

Absolute brilliant album. It rages from the beginning 'till the end. Many people will be disgusted by the production but beneath that production lies the true essence of this album. Listening to this album requires full concentration otherwise you don't know what you've heard. I can listen to it many times a day and still I disover new elements. This band knows how to make interesting compositions with 2 guitars. And the soundscapes sound very dark. Brilliantly placed between the tracks and sometimes woven into them.

Many people dislike this album because it was not that typically Abigor
(probably because this one is too raw, fast and listener unfriendly for them). Fuck that, every Abigor album was and is different... This is not just some music played for fun. This is absolute dedication. This one shows true darkness. Just brilliant.

Not as good as the other Abigor albums...

this is a good album, but did someone notice that on one of the songs there was a riff that was already played on Verwustung? not very original on that point.
