It is great album but not as good like two previous ones. But still great, sad is that it's last great album composed by Paradise Lost. Draconian Times is fair but much worse than mighty "Icon". This album can be described as mixture of doom and speed metal with catchy melodies. Buy it! Review by: misiod a little more radio friendly but yet still very heavy and depressing. an excellent cd. Review by: Northvisions Icon gets 10 points as this is one of the most perfect guitar albums ever. Sound's great (Academy Studios), riffs heavy and solos perfect. But most importend thing on this album is Nick SINGING!!! I remember how I was surprised first hearing it. But was also stunned with delight.
