①		Paradise Lost - Gothic Score: 10/10 'Gothic' is one of the best albums ever. It is a big influence of the whole gothic doom metal scene and on most doom bands nowadays. Every song on it is great, each one having an own atmosphere, though they're all very melodic and melancholic. The only negative thing I can think of is that 'Gothic' isn't about twice as long. So everyone who doesn't know this album should be shot. Well, at least be kicked. Hard.

Sarcófago - The Laws of Scourge Score: 10/10 Oh crap!!! This album is much fucking better than anything else Sarcofago has ever made, that it's hard to realize that it's the same band! On 'The Laws of Scourge' they play a brutal yet melodic kind of death metal with some roots in the old trash. Maybe not every song on this cd is brilliant, but there are so much masterpieces on it that anyone with a slight interest in metal should love this. I hope we can expect more of this from Sarcofago...			②

Type O Negative - Slow, Deep and Hard Score: 10/10 Hehe... Kind of a vague cd. Type O Negative have some morbid sense of humour seems from the artwork and lyrics. They play some kind of punk/metal with strange interludes. Songs that go on forever, but they're good enough not to get boring. At least, the fifth 'song' is so slow you'd have to be pretty weird to dance to it, the sixth is just silence, and then the last song is suddenly the highlight of the entire album. I'd like to hear more of them, only next time a more serious attempt maybe?			⑥

31	Messiah - Psychomorphia Score: 6.5/10 Hehe well this is pure cult I think. Messiah is one of the best and most unknown death metal bands that started in the eighties, and this minicd is of the most unknown of their releases, so I was quite happy when I found it at a secondhand cd shop, after looking for it for quite some years. Well the music is typically messiah, combining extreme aggression with cool melodies, and this cd has got one of the coolest intros ever. Hm well I could say "buy it" but you most probably won't find it anywhere so I won't bother.

Anathema - All Faith is Lost (demo) Score: 5.5/10 Man I've had to search long to find this demotape. I've been a big fan of Anathema for some time now, and I'm very glad I finally got this demo. The sound of the tape is good, quite similar to their They Die Ep. That is, more rough from their cd sound, and the vocals more death metal style. Anyways, this is a cool demotape that's the pride of my music collection.			34
