1. Awaken

Twisting in imprisonment
Unbroken chains blister
Dark craft holding in place
Banks of fog roll in thought

One wound sustained
So deep it pierces the spirit
Poisonous caustic blood
Of which he whets the dagger

Shattered....runic.....stones.....
Mimic....ruined....thoughts.....
Climbing....bloody....earth....

Yon are falling
And when you awake
You'll find that the clouds are parting
The shimmering lake
Finally you have come home
Tend your rusted arms
The sound of distant singing
Again you will wield
Hammer and anvil waiting


2. Tenebrous Haze

Descend from a silver sky
The hooded horseman rides
Fields of tenebrous haze
Wolves in twain by his side

From mystic plains of icy mist
To corpse filled caverns of Hel's abyss
Asgard king with swaying spear
Outrun black clouds drawing near
From baleful hills to the ominous tides
Reigns held fierce in steadfast stride
Wisdom obtained, esoteric truth revealed
No plane of existence out of reach

The hooded horseman rides

Through the gloaming, eight hooves thundering
From the darkness, three eyes gleaming
From this earth he rides, cowards a starless sky
From this earth they fly, into the darkest night


3. Earthen Shroud

To the distant shores
An arcane course no compass can yield
The stars are drowned by the twilight

And torn from heaven
Fierce grows the stream
And it's life feeding flame
We watched the fires burn high
And swallow the sky
Beyond the walls of stone
That have risen from the sea
What lies behind the veil
Is not for us to know

Yearning to return
Yet the path has faded
Aimless and adrift
Guided by uncertainty

5. Falcon White

Bring forth roots
Torn from the Earth
Soaked in blood
And so I ate...dreaming

As a falcon let loose
To an evil dwelling
A swift kill
Their hearts dripping with nectar

Then moving through the woods
Draped in mist and moss
The hounds howling in pain
The chilling sounds of hunger
I spy them from above
I see they are weak
So I dove
So they died
Those with the strongest will
Fall victim to my silent kill
