What immediately shows on this album is the band has changed a lot since 2001. | First, the production is a lot more flat than before. "Osiris..." had this kind of standard In Flames etc. production. This is more in the vein of say.. the early quite melodic black metal bands, say Gehenna or Ancient. The vocals this time stick to the more standard BM vocals and overal the music is more coherent than before. In fact, this stuff really starting somewhat like Dimmu Borgir. Whether that's a good thing or not is up to you. Review by: zwarte krijser Pretty nondescript melodic blackmetal, that seems to lack the utter brutality of the more harder bm bands. Sure, its not all crap, since its skillfully played and all. For fans of Dimmu and the lot. Review by: ArchHereticAngelo
