You instantly recognieses Jonīs very specific guitarsound, riffs thats just mindblowing like an icewind, fast, melodic and very thight. Fast paced, very easy to listen to, all hits and nothing fells "unnecessary ". Interesting lyrics. This is a very, very strong release, thier best in my opinion and it might actually apeal to those who do not normaly listen to this kind of music. I dont think the remains of the band can put together something like this without Jon, hope they prove me wrong. You just cant tired of listening to this amazing album.
