The best Marduk album ever, Nightwing is the most complete album they ever did. Some fast songs, some brutal, some slow, overall an album that possesses very diverse elements within. Simply their strongest effort so far, it is probably the best (true)black metal release or 1998. If you like black metal, get Nightwing, because everything on this kills. Satan must be proud. Listen to the whole great Nightwing-Album as well. Review by: warhellhammer Marduk with another solid release in 'Nightwing', although some songs drag on and sound repetitive at times. Some of the 6 + minutes tracks could have been trimmed down a little and packed a bigger punch. This IMO is the only quarm I have that prevents it from being a 10/10 in my book. To get the most out of this CD, sit back and listen to the whole thing while reading the lyrics, which are of a very decent standard on this album.
