although i dont qualify this as tech death metal (it is not necrophagist but more darker sound,lot more eerie feeling)the guitar work here is wonderfull.azagtoth works on early morbid angel albums come to mind when i hear for example immeorial lunacy which is a demonstration of originality and technique.
