This album is amazing from start to finish...my only problem is that Hessian Peel should've replaced Hex Omega as the last song | Review by: MetallicOpeth I was highly anticipating this album as soon as I heard of it's release, being an Opeth fan for years. It's quite surprising to open with a duet, but it's a fine song (Coil). Then after the short folk song, it's right into metal with Heir Apparent. The album is fairly mellow after that, with some metal passages here and there. I love Hex Omega though, and thought it was very fitting for the last song. My only gripe is that Porcelain Heart sounds a bit too much like The Grand Conjuration from Ghost Reveries, and I didn't even care for that song too much. It's almost as if Mikael wasn't happy with that song and re-worked it, renamed it, and put it on the new album. And it works! Review by: Male Supremacy
