If you're into Katatonia, then this is a superb cd. Actually it should be the perfect successor to "Brave Murder Day". A constant oppressive and depressive feeling and melodies that haunt you.Awesome!!! | Review by: Toni T Wow ! This bands plays music similar to Katatonia's 'Brave Murder Day', but with their own style. Great guitar work ( Blackheim would be proud ), great grunt and totally great songs like 'The Fall', 'Futile' or 'Someone I (don't) know'. So if you like old Katatonia, Novembre, Opeth and so on, this is for you. One of the best albums I have listened during the last years Review by: danchloe 9/10 Some unforgettable doomy melodies on this disc, just flows on and on and makes you look back to what never was. I like the beginning and end tracks most. I think this is far better than their 2nd release. I'm using the artwork for a desktop wallpaper for hte time being. Review by: hw-90 Toni T's review shaped this album into words better than anyone who reviwed "Futile". It is indeed a brilliant follower of Brave Murder Day, but i wouldn't go as far as saying that it is a mixture of Opeth and Katatonia. It has Katatonia in vein, that's for sure, yet I would better add Autumnblaze as the other ingredient rather than Opeth. The riffs are killers and there might be a glimpse of doom elements, however barely noticeable as far as I am concerned. Anyway great work on behalf of these Finns, although most Finnish is crap according to me (solely). Review by: Lucinski
